This is the privacy statement of Dorpscamping Groede, established at 4503 GB Groede, Woordweg 20 (hereinafter: Dorpscamping Groede), dorpscampinggroede.nl.

Applicability

This privacy statement applies to all privacy-sensitive information or personal data that you provide to us, for example via the contact form or orders you place on our website. We attach great importance to the privacy of our customers and therefore exercise the utmost care in handling and protecting personal data. We process data in accordance with the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Dorpscamping Groede is the controller within the meaning of the GDPR with regard to the processing of your personal data. This means that only we determine which personal data are processed, for what purpose and in what way. In this privacy statement we explain which data we process and for what purposes they are used.

Purpose and legal bases for processing personal data

By agreeing to this privacy statement, you give explicit consent within the meaning of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for the processing of your personal data for the purposes stated below. You may withdraw this consent at any time. However, if you do not provide us with certain data or do not allow us to process it, we may not be able to serve you properly.

If you have not given us explicit consent to process your personal data, or if you have withdrawn that consent, the legal bases of Article 6(1)(b), (c) and/or (f) of the GDPR apply to the processing of your personal data. Processing of your personal data may take place without your consent where this is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are or become a party, or necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interests of Dorpscamping Groede. In addition, we may be under a legal obligation to process your personal data.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Sending our newsletter and/or promotional leaflet
• Being able to call or email you where necessary to carry out our services
• Informing you about changes to our services and products
• Offering you the option to create an account
• Delivering goods and services to you

Disclosure to third parties

We may share your personal data with third parties where this is compatible with the purposes stated above. Disclosure to third parties may be necessary for the performance of the contract we conclude with you, necessary for the pursuit of a legitimate interest of ours, or necessary to comply with any legal obligation to which we are subject. Security cameras

Dorpscamping Groede uses security cameras to protect your and our property. The footage is only viewed if there is a reason to do so (for example to check for damage or theft). The camera footage is under no circumstances shared with a third party, unless legal provisions oblige us to do so.

Photos and videos

Dorpscamping Groede takes photos and videos of activities during your stay. These images are intended solely for promotional purposes (advertisements, website, leaflet, social media and the like).

Commercial purposes

Your data are not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes, unless you expressly give consent for this. Dorpscamping Groede may use your personal data to inform you further about our services or relevant products or services. In that case you will only be informed at the email address you have registered. If you do not wish to receive information, you can easily indicate this by clicking "unsubscribe" in the email you receive. Your personal data are also used for market research and for optimising our services; in that context they are anonymised and can therefore no longer be traced back to you.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. You can opt out of these cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete all information previously stored via your browser's settings.

• Functional cookies: necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preference settings.
• Analytical cookies: we use Google Analytics to obtain reports on how the website is used and to measure quality and effectiveness, in the manner prescribed by the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
• Tracking cookies: if placed, these track your browsing behaviour so that we can offer tailored content and advertisements. We ask for your consent in advance for this.

Access, correction or deletion

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to data portability. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer or withdrawal of your consent to info@dorpscampinggroede.nl. To be sure that the request was made by you, we may ask you to identify yourself. We will respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, to your request. We also point out that you have the option of lodging a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
