Two things at once: a campsite shop for everyday groceries and a snack bar for the evenings you'd rather not cook.
The snack bar
Chips and hot snacks, kibbeling, grilled chicken and filled rolls. Takeaway too, back to your pitch or motorhome.
Fresh dishes to take away
From the chilled display: fresh salads, seasonal vegetables such as asparagus, and changing hot and cold dishes. Fondue and cheese platters too. Exactly what's on depends on the season.
Coffee, cake and ice cream
Scooped ice cream from the display, coffee with apple pie, and in good weather a terrace along the edge of the motorhome field to sit a while.

You enter Camping De Ploeg from Voorstraat 47 in Groede. De Groe'ne Poort sits right by the motorhome field — you'll know it by the black doors and the yellow signs — so from most pitches it's half a minute on foot.
Groede's village square is within walking distance, Breskens is six kilometres away and the beach about fifteen minutes by bike.

Dorpscamping Groede has two grounds side by side. At minicamping Het Platte Putje you camp among the farm animals, with pitches, apartments and a horse boarding stable. Camping De Ploeg has motorhome pitches, seasonal pitches and annual pitches — and that's where the farm shop sits literally at the edge of the field.
